6-11 pm:   Dress rehearsal in Clair Performance Hall @ WVPAC

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 30:

2:30pm: All students board buses @ WVPAC

2:45pm: Depart MU for Cultural Center @ Willow Valley Retirement Community

3:15 pm: Arrive CC @ WV

3:45-5:45pm: Tech Rehearsal

5:45-6:30pm: Dinner Provided by CC @ WV

6:50pm: Move to Places

7:00pm: GSS Concert #1 begins

(~8:30pm): Concert concludes

8:45pm: Board Busses/Depart for MU

9:15pm: Arrive back to MU

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 1:

3:00pm: MU Choirs call

4:00pm: GSS Concert #2 begins

5:30pm: Dinner provided

7:00 pm: MU Choirs call

7:30 pm: GSS Concert #3 begins

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 2:
